Get started
No sign-up required. Choose your language and default currency, then add income or an expense. The amount field offers numeric entry and a calculator. Each currency is totaled separately; there is no automatic conversion.
Sync iPhone and Mac
Select the same iCloud Drive folder on both devices. Open the app, sync, then confirm receipt on the other device. Status describes exchange with currently readable files; it does not guarantee delivery to another device or continuous background sync.
Retry or reconnect
Check iCloud Drive, network access and free space, then retry. Select the original folder again if authorization expires. Disconnecting does not clear the ledger. Do not delete sync files to force a refresh. Preserve original files if corruption or conflicts are reported.
Snapshots and recovery
Create or view local snapshots in Settings and export a copy to an independent location. Preview a snapshot or JSON backup before applying it. Recovery merges records without clearing the current ledger or undoing newer deletions. Conflicting content under the same ID blocks merging. Local snapshots alone cannot protect against device loss.
Concurrent offline edits
Logical clocks and device/event identifiers select a deterministic result so devices converge. The last edit in real time is not guaranteed to win. Check important edits on both devices after syncing.
Report a problem
Include the app version, iOS/macOS version, steps, expected and actual results. You may attach redacted diagnostics or a privacy-masked screenshot. Do not attach your full ledger. We never ask for passwords, verification codes or remote account access.
